Returns

I hope that you love your print, but if there are any problems, I’m here to help. My returns policy is 28 days, so you have 28 days after receiving your print to request a refund or replacement.
To begin a return, please contact me by email at: mike_n5@outlook.com

Include your name, order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, I will email you instructions on where to send your package. Please then repack your order in its original packaging and return to the address I provide. To be eligible for a refund the item must be undamaged and in the original condition you received it in including the limited edition certification.

Items sent back to me without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. Unfortunately, I am unable to cover the cost of returns postage.

Accidental Damage
In the unlikely event that your print has been damaged on its journey to you or has a defect let me know by email at mike_n5@outlook.com. Please include a description of the problem, along with photos that show the damage so I can arrange a reprint for you.
 
Refunds
I will notify you as soon as I’ve received and checked your return and will confirm if I can approve the refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for banks or credit card companies to process the refund.
 
I cannot cover the cost of sending out a replacement item if your order is returned to a delivery address other than that specified or fails to arrive. I would recommend using a trackable and insured service to return your print. I am unable to refund unwanted items that are returned in an unsellable condition.
